So we've arrived at the methods of the Inquisition? Very nice choice: either the British suspects in Guantanamo Bay confess that they are terrorists, then they get 20 years in prison. Or they don't confess and get the death penalty if they are found guilty in the trial. What kind of legal system is that supposed to be? Is this the Bush administration's idea of freedom?
