SCO has been given a deadline of 45 days to name exactly which code sections IBM illegally passed from AIX or Dynix to Linux. IBM must provide the corresponding sources within the same timeframe, but SCO cannot insist on receiving the sources first and then taking action themselves. The advantage is that SCO can no longer worm their way out and issue absurd claims to buy more time.
