Gotcha does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or a developer-operated account service. The developer does not collect personal data through the app.
Gotcha connects directly to Gitea and Forgejo servers that you configure. Information exchanged with those servers is handled by their operators and is subject to their privacy policies.
Server addresses, preferences, and favourites are stored locally on your device. Access tokens are stored in the Apple Keychain. You can remove a server profile in the app, and uninstalling Gotcha removes its locally stored app data subject to normal iOS and Keychain behaviour.
