The vegetable filling was simply bacon, leeks, and later bell peppers in the pan. The egg mixture also contained fresh cilantro, and there was plenty of cumin in the vegetables. Since Juliana sautéed the bacon and vegetables this time, nothing was fried. And the dough was - thanks to a bit less milk - also much firmer and more stable. And somehow, we both ate way too much.
