Hmm, that looks good - I could easily manage my Photos folder in Dropbox from Lightroom if you let it create virtual copies automatically (which you can specify in the Collections), you don't even step on each other's toes when it comes to changes (and it doesn't take up extra space in Lightroom, only in the Dropbox folder).
