We need to remove this access barrier before it gets put up. (Incandescent lighting ban in California.) - ein Punkt der mir neu war, aber letztendlich logisch ist. Leuchtstoffröhren (auch die neuen Energiesparlampen) flackern. Das kann bei manchen Menschen zu Anfällen, Irritation und Problemen führen. Hier ist die Betroffene eine Autistin, bei der massive Irritation und Migräne die Folge sind.
